This session is a plant-centred journey that includes sitting with a plant, meditation, reflection, conversation, silence, and integration. After the first session, depending on the signals the body gives and your wishes, we can discuss the rest of the journey.
Plant meditation allows you to tune into your body, see your thoughts for what they are, burst the bubble of the monkey mind and allow a plant to support you in the process.
Together we sit with one or two chosen herbs after discussing, using our senses to guide us towards connecting with the plant, asking in which way it can support us. Afterwards, you take time to reflect and we can discuss the experience.
