I’m a spiritual creative, a menstrual cycle coach, a healing arts practitioner, and apprentice herbalist based in Antwerp, Belgium. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been attuned to the subtle shifts in energy, the quiet language of the body, the way nature mirrors what we move through internally.
As a student of Folk Herbalism and the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, I’ve been drawn to approaches that honor the body as cyclical, intuitive, and deeply intelligent. These teachings continue to shape the way I practice.

a dance between the formless and form,
the light and the dark,
the yet unknown and the Truth.
A place for every woman,
a garden to play in,
a spiral to walk together,
to scream, to cry, to search,
to be messy, unfiltered, and whole.
A temple, a church, an altar,
a healing portal,
a nesting cave,
a mossy bed, a dark forest, a warm bath.
A space to show up flawed and unfiltered,

to move your divine body,
to lean back, to learn, to remember,
and to arrive as yourself.

Before this studio had come to be, a fox came to me. In meditation, that is. Without words, it curled into my lap, and I felt the fire and wisdom that live in our wombs — ancient, quiet, alive.
As this studio was being birthed, that image kept returning. I imagined a dance — between woman and fox, between intuition and instinct, between the seen and the unseen, between spirit and self, between body and womb. My heart is that this image awakens in you the soul of this studio: wild, wise, playful, eternal.
